Terms of Service

Any participation in this service will constitute as an acceptance of this agreement...

- Services/Payments cannot and will not be refunded if the player has been banned from the server (Vanilla Europa: play.vanillaeuropa.com).

- Any payment made towards a "Rank" (such as VIP Donor) in the server is non-refundable.

- Notify the owner (Zepsi_Zola_) over discord if you feel that you have not received the item that was paid for in the store. A refund may not be given, but the service may be manually given if it was not received automatically from the CraftingStore platform.

- The service may take up to 15 minutes to be carried out, notify the owner if you have waited longer than 15 minutes.
